Our Programs
Dash and Discovery
This program will focus on individual and family interviews to evaluate the participants’ current level of independence, daily schedule, interests, community involvement, future goals, etc. The purpose of this program is to gather a detailed snapshot of the participant so we can develop personal growth goals. Each family will be a partner in ensuring there is a strong focus on individual goals, growth and progress tracking.
Scout
We understand that everyone’s path is unique so we carefully evaluate a person’s current level of independence, community involvement and supports in order to develop an independent living experience (a dash of this and a dash of that) that will help them enhance their current knowledge and level of independence.
This program takes the information learned in the Dash and Discovery phase and helps participants discover and create a ”Life Recipe” for greater independence through day and weekend programs.
